The Study On Organizational Mode Of High-Speed Railway Transportation In Flower Logistics

The flower resources are rich in china.With the development of flower industry,it is more obvious that flower transport has the characteristics of high cost and large loss rate in the long-distance transport,and flower logistics has become one of the core competitiveness of the development of flower enterprises.Duringl3th Five-Year Plan period,because of the gradual implementation of "The Belt and Road",the network of high-speed railway is improved gradually.The traditional transport has a high loss rate.Compared with traditional transportation of flower logistics,high-speed railway transportation has the advantages of large transport capacity,fast transportation speed,good transportation quality and strong continuity of transportation time.Therefore,the application of high-speed railway in flower transport will promotes the development of flower industry.It is a hot-button issue to apply high-speed rail transport in the flower logistics.Focusing on flower logistics,this paper presents the understanding of the domestic and international flower logistics and the development of high speed railway transportation through the actual investigation and related literature.According to the existing problems,this paper is trying to give an appropriate solution to solve those problems.This paper gathers the theory of logistics and flower logistics,supply chain management,transportation and transport organization,logistics network and reviews related literature.According to the relevant study in domestic and foreign flower logistics and high-speed railway organization and transportation,the traditional Chinese flower logistics transport methods were compared and analyzed.On the basis of actual operation of high-speed railway transportation in China,this paper puts forward a specific and feasible way of loading box and four high-speed railway transport mode:EMU confirmed train,passenger and freight mixed in the same carriage,passenger and cargo separated in different trains,high-speed rail cargo train.Then,in view of the current body status of high-speed railway transportation,it presents a plan about Car cargo coordination in the four different modes of flowers transport:the loading way of the existing train’s body and the transformed train’s body.This paper gives plans about the loading mode and the way of transport and Car cargo coordination of high-speed railway,it not only is suitable for flower transport but also has universality,so these results not only provide references for China’s railway departments,but also do a deep study of the high-speed railway transport organization to deliver flowers.
