Research On The Fund Management Of Financial Company In China

Group financial company is the product of development and reform of conglomerates,aiming at of serving real economy,providing comprehensive financial support for corporate group.Industrial asset quality has been adequate.Profitability has been improved continuously,and especially under the environment of domestic and international economy downturn.Due to early stages and restriction of internal and external supervision,comparing to other financial institutions,however,financial firm's fund management mode remains extensive and faces the issue of homogenization.Therefore,this thesis aims to propose the reference and suggestion via the analysis current issue of fund management to improve the efficiency and diversification of asset management.This thesis will discuss the issues of fund management in the following aspects.Firstly,we will define the concepts of group financial company and fund management and discuss the importance of fund management,which paves the way for the research later in the paper.Secondly,analysis industrial historical data and financial statements and crosswise compare with commercial banking.For more in-depth analysis,we compare the differences with the method of mathematical regression analysis.Thirdly,we discuss the issues of fund management raised by limited sources of funds and scope of business.To combine of commonality and individuality analysis,we introduce to the practice of financial company A.Finally,summary the positive experience to facilitate the development of financial firms in China and solutions to strengthen their abilities in cash collection,enhance financing channels,expanded scope of business and refine supervision regulation based on the comparison of fund management practice of domestic companies and foreign companies.
