Research On Capital Operation Strategy In The Context Of Supply-side Reform

As a pillar industry of the national economy of China’s iron and steel industry,after the brilliant after ushered in the inventory and other serious overcapacity problem,the rate of assets and liabilities at the low operating efficiency of assets,not hinder the healthy development of the iron and steel enterprises.2015,the central side of the proposed supply side structural reform strategy for the steel industry out of trouble,healthy development pointed out the direction of reform.In the process of iron and steel enterprises to go to production,inventory,deleveraging,reduce costs,make up the short board as the main task in the capital operation strategy as an important part of strategic management,is not only a part of strategic function,also play a supporting role in the overall strategy and the competition strategy of the enterprise.The purpose of capital operation,is to achieve the maximum capital appreciation,if the supply side of the goal of the reform as a strategic goal,the strategy of capital operation is to specific measures to achieve this strategic objective.Study on the strategy of capital operation,in order to help the iron and steel enterprises in the strategic planning of each level,realize the supply side reform of "three tasks fall one fill" enterprise existing capital appreciation at the same time.Through literature review of capital operation strategy and the supply side reform,with the relevant theoretical knowledge as a support,select the Shanghai stock exchange,17 iron and steel enterprises listed as the research object,the disclosure of the 2015 annual report of 2013 to provide data for reference,the status quo of China’s iron and steel enterprises are facing in the supply side of the problem in the reform and the capital operation strategy are analyzed,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the company’s overall level,business unit level and function level,the specific application in the enterprise capital operation strategy of each level,in order to provide reference in the iron and steel enterprises in the process of reform in the supply side.
