Research On The Development Issues Of Civil Aviation Industry In Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture

Civil aviation industry is both rapidly growing consumer services and producer services as well.The development level of civil aviation is also an important index of a regional economy.The thirteenth five-year plan has proposed the first priorities of civil aviation’s supply-side structural reform is to focus on the improvement of basic facilities construction,air transport service ability and effectively to change the civil aviation’s growth pattern.The development level of YanBian civil aviation not only influences the regional economy,but also effects the status of YanBian in international relations in Northeast Asia.Pushing forward reform of civil aviation is the important part of national supply-side structural reform which is also the goals and direction of YanBian civil aviation.It is beneficial to economic an social development by promoting the civil aviation which is also do good to consolidating and enhancing its status in TuMen River area.The thesis’ background is the national civil aviation of 2016 and using YanBian area as the object of study,discussing and analyzing the aviation industry chain from the point of economic scale,economic scope,market structure,theories of sevices and so forth.The thesis is based on the state of development of YanBian area,especially the tourism development characteristics and combined with civil aviation condition at the present stage in China,on the ground that expounds the role of YanBian civil aviation.On the account of recent years related domestic researches’ results and data,using empirical analysis,normative analysis,comparative analysis,measure analysis and other methods to analyze the existing problems in the development of Yanbian civil aviation.The thesis makes an extended analyse on the factors that influence Yanbian civil aviation from the perspective of energy forms,the way of supply and demand,personnel training,government policy,business management,industry integration and so on.In the end,according to the policies"Northeast Promotion","One Belt One Road",and the content of civil aviation industry in "ChangeJiTu" development program,we can explore strategies to develop civil aviation industry in the following four aspects:1.Improve the internal management and satisfy the market supply and demand.2.Realize resource sharing and strengthen the cooperation with other transport industries to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation.3.The government should ensure the market allocation of resources and service assurance.4.Control the operating costs,innovate service,deepen the reform to make full use of advantages and learn from foreign experience to search for international cooperation.
