With the Global Economics developement,the Enterprise management will get more challenges.Lower expense is absoultely the core-competitiveness for manafacturing Enterprise to stand stable in the marketing Up-down Wave.Thus to optimize the expense plays the critical role to Survive.With the continuous development of market economy and the in-depth study of the modern enterprise cost control method,the traditional cost control methods have been unable to adapt to the development requirements of the modern enterprise,more and more enterprises start to introduce the value chain theory as the theoretical basis for cost control work.The optimization of cost control under the guidance of the value chain theory is helpful to improve the cost management level of modern enterprises,help enterprises to reduce costs and gain sustainable advantage in the fierce competitive environment.Based on the extensive analysis of the domestic and foreign research status of the theory of value chain,regarding J company as the research object,this eassy describes the current situation and existing problems in cost control,cost management and control the basic situation of J company.This paper not only analyzes the basic activities and auxiliary activities of the internal value chain of j company,but also analyzes the industry value chain,competitive environment value chain and rival value chain of the external value chain of j company.At the same time,this paper combines the internal and external factors affecting the cost control of j company,and continuously optimize and improve the cost control scheme of j company under the guidance of scientific goals and methods.In order to ensure the smooth development of cost control optimization of J company,this eassy also puts forward a series of safeguard measures.
