A Comparative Study On The Factors Affecting Farmers' Savings Under The Condition Of Farmers' Differentiation

In the market economy system,farmers are faced with the problem of income uncertainty,farmers are not only consumption units,but has a double-level economic function of the production and consumption groups,there are savings and then invested,in order to ensure the second year of investment,Savings are indispensable for farmers.Chinese rural economy is the most basic economic unit,after the reform and opening up,my economy has entered a stage of rapid growth,the rural employment structure in the market economy,the rural economy is the most important economic unit of the rural economy.The promotion of the change occurred,farmers appear differentiation,no longer rely solely on agricultural production to obtain income,so if we want to develop agriculture,in the final analysis to implement the savings of the farmers.By measuring the impact of different factors on the elasticity of savings,and then analyze the impact of various factors on the savings,accurate and relevant recommendations.Located in the northeastern part of Yunnan Province Zhaotong administrative region,at the junction of Yunnan Guizhou and Sichuan provinces,Yunnan Province Zhaotong administrative region has always been an important gateway to the other two provinces.In the Wumeng mountain area,there are 15 counties(cities,districts)in Yunnan Province,Zhaotong City includes the nine.Therefore,in Yunnan Province,Zhaotong City,the farmer data is very representative,so this article will be used 980 households as an analysis of Wumeng Mountain District samples.In this paper,the farmers are divided into four types: pure farmer,type I and type II and non-farm households.Comprehensively use the relevant theories such as economics and sociology,Combined with the relevant statistical data,this paper analyzes the influencing factors,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of farmers' savings behavior,and uses the multiple linear model to calculate the elastic coefficient of each factor,and then analyzes the degree of influence.And thus targeted to promote the development of modern rural policy recommendations,and gradually enhance the urbanization of Wumeng mountainous areas,steadily improve the level of farmers savings,speed up the national agricultural development process.
