Applied Research On Corporate Financing Risk Control

Money is the blood of enterprise development,financing problems about enterprise operating risk,affect financial market stability.Currently,in-depth development of economic globalization,the global economy downward trend obviously,the domestic economic development into the new normal,international and domestic economic and financial instability,caused by the financing risk enterprise bankruptcy,the boss\"run road\" or suicide events,some enterprises lack of financing risk control,internal control system is imperfect,weak consciousness of risk,risk control measures do not reach the designated position,even there are serious defects.Strengthen enterprise financing risk control research,make enterprise financing enterprise development boosters,rather than the obstacle or a stumbling block,for each is very important for the enterprises at the start-up stage,or high growth.This paper introduces the connotation of enterprise risk management and financing risk,analyzed the financing risk types and relevant characteristic;Second,external factors and internal factors from the enterprise two aspects analyzes the main causes of financing risks;And then put forward building enterprise financing risk control system,analysis the judgment enterprise financing risk,finance risk prevention and control to provide some reference for the enterprise;Finally through the case analysis shows that corporate finance risk control system in the concrete application in the process of corporate finance.
