Research On Improvement Of Working Capital Financing Of XL Company Based On Risk Control

Working capital plays a very important role in the sustainable development of the enterprise,and the choice of the working capital financing strategy will affect the cash flow and profit of the enterprise.Improper working capital financing will increase the company's financial risk,such as the imbalance of assets-debts' structure,inability to repay debt,etc..Salt industry,as an old industry with more than two thousand years of history,has always been a franchise system.In recent years,with the opening of the market and the reform of salt industry,it has been impacted and threatened more and more.As a state-owned salt making enterprise,XL company also has some problems,therefore,this paper tries to make a concrete analysis of the working capital of XL company and the financial risk under the current financing policy,and give suggestions for improvement of working capital financing policy.This paper reviews the related theory of working capital financing policy and enterprise financial risk analysis and control,on the basis of this theory,taking XL company as the research object,first of all,it introduces the general situation of the company,analyzes its working capital and financing policy,and concludes the radical financing policyof the company at present.And then use the model method and the free cash flow method analysis of the company's financial risk status from the overall,at the same time,it makes a concrete analysis of the relevant financial risks that caused by the radical financing policy.On the basis of the analysis of the relevant indicators of the company's financial risk,this paper uses the average level of the same industry in order to enhance the comprehensive and practical usefulness.From the perspective of risk control measures to improve the working capital financing which is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises of salt industry,can help enterprises to improve the anti risk ability and level,reduce financing costs and improve the profitability of the enterprise.
