Research On Performance Evaluation System Of Shandong Jikelong Based On EVA-BSC

There are many ways of traditional enterprise performance evaluation,but most of them focus on the research and analysis of lagging financial indicators such as corporate financial profitability and operational capacity.For the modern enterprise,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the competition between enterprises is the comprehensive strength of the competition,the operating process and other non-financial indicators of the decision of the performance of enterprises,BSC evaluation method came into being,combined with scientific assignment Methods and indicators of measurement,BSC to achieve the enterprise trying to use the composite indicators to evaluate the performance of corporate goals,and EVA is focused on the performance of corporate financial capabilities,through a number of adjustments to reflect the interests of business owners financial indicators.The combination of the two uses enterprise performance evaluation is the academic research trend in recent years,it is the future development of enterprises must be the key evaluation system.This paper first finds out the existing problems of the non-financial indicators,and then uses the common method to establish the EVA-BSC evaluation system which is in line with the enterprise's own situation,and decomposes the enterprise strategy to deduce the multi-dimensional Evaluation indicators,and finally,the collection of existing indicators to try to score for the study of corporate performance,analysis of scores and trends in the future development of enterprises to make recommendations and improvements.This paper hopes to apply the advanced performance evaluation method to the enterprise,realize the localization of the advanced performance evaluation method,and help more enterprises to find the problem.
