Research On The Investment Strategy Of T-Angel

In recent years,China's socialist market economic system has gradually improved,and the government has transformed the publishing agencies into enterprises.Now enterprises has become market entities.In the course of the development of socialist market economy,a large number of outstanding enterprises appeared.With the rise of the enterprise profit and desire to develop,it is necessary for enterprises to formulate and carry out some investment strategies.Investment strategies are related to the revenue and development of the enterprise,and it also has a great significance on the future of the enterprise.Therefore,formulating and carrying out investment strategies is very important for an enterprise.On the basis of enterprise investment research at home and abroad,this paper sorted out some important investment theory.With literature research method,case analysis method and financial statement method,this paper takes T-Angel as study object.First step,this paper analyzed the investment strategy environment of T-Angel.Now T-Angel is facing complex external environment,where new technology is developing quickly;competition is becoming fierce;consumption custom has changed;and the industry policy offers support.Internal environment has also been analyzed,including business position,competitive edge,human resources and organization resource.The forth chapter stated how T-Angel carried out its investment strategies in publishing,education service,and online-games.The fifth chapter evaluated the results of the investment strategies from three angles,including overall investment income,long-term equity earnings and income from associated enterprises.The sixth chapter summarized the achievements and problems of T-Angle's investment strategies.In the last of sixth chapter,this paper come up with some solutions for the problems,such as improving decision system,exalting integration capacity,and attaching more importance to human resources.
