Since the beginning of the new century,China's tourism industry in the world has been rising in the status of tourism in this emerging industry is developing at a rapid pace,China has entered the third stage of the upgrading of tourism consumption.Although the proportion of C hina's tourism industry in the national economy is increasing,but compared with the developed countries,there is still much room for development,especially in the tourism market regulation.In some developed countries after years of practice to explore a set of suitable for the country's legal supervision system,innovation supervision,supervision departments carry out their duties and cooperate with each other,the tourism market in the regulatory network,reduce regulatory loopholes,promote the healthy development of the tourism market.Hainan Province as a major tourism province in C hina,the quality of the development of tourism products,tourism services,tourism promotion of the expansion of the scale and other aspects of walking in the national forefront of development for other provinces tourism industry has played an exemplary role.But on the other hand,the prosperity of the tourism market in Hainan P rovince,but also exposed a lot of problems,such as the Black Travel Agency,black tour guides,forced shopping,"zero negative cost" problem of government supervision of the tourism market emerge in an endless stream,not exhaustive,coupled with the int roduction of travel law for a short period of time,the legal loophole the phenomenon is very serious.In this paper,Hainan Province as a typical case,in-depth analysis of the current situation of tourism market regulation,and from individual to general,to explore the general problems in the supervision of China's tourism market,and give solutions.However,there are few researches on the supervision of the tourism market in the past,most of which are scattered documents and have not formed a complete system,so there is still a lot of room for the market supervision of the tourism industry in china.This paper is divided into the following parts: the first part is the introduction,introduces the research background,significance,methods,overview of research status at home and abroad.The second part is the overview of Hainan tourism market and national tourism market regulation.The third part puts forward the problems existing in the current tourism market supervision and analyzes the reasons.T he fourth part introduces the advanced experience of Australia,the United States and South Korea.The fifth part puts forward some feasible suggestions to improve the supervision of C hina's tourism market.The sixth part is the conclusion part.
