Research On The Role Of JX Group's Learning Organization In Enhancing The Core Competitiveness

In today's era of knowledge economy,learning plays a more and more important role in the development of enterprises.How to build a learning oriented enterprise,has become an urgent need to solve the problem of every enterprise,but also an important breakthrough in the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in the new era.Practice has proved that learning,comprehensive and lasting learning,the enterprise into a learning organization,is an effective way to continuously adapt to environmental changes and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and an important guarantee.Therefore,based on reference of previous research results,this paper studies related theories on learning organization and core competitiveness theory of the enterprises,analyzes the relationship between them in detail,making clear the important effects of learning organization to main element of core competitive ability of the enterprises.After sorting out the relationship between learning organization and core competitiveness of the enterprise,empirical analysis is further expanded,rationality of theoretical analysis and practical value are further verified.Before-and after change of construction of learning organization to the core competitiveness of JX group construction is compared,which confirms the positive role of learning organization construction to the core competitiveness.Through the theoretical research and empirical research,this paper concludes and summarizes the basic role and important effect of learning organization construction to promotion of core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the promotion of enterprise's core competitiveness,construction of learning organization is improved and strengthened.Bidirectional propulsion model between core competitiveness and learning organization is simulated so that further analyze the function of the core competitiveness to learning organization.Thus targeted views and suggestions are promoted to core competitiveness of JX company.
