With the rapid development of domestic tourism,the tourism market is becoming more and more mature.Tourists' satisfaction of destination has become a hot topic for scholars and tourists.The Internet and people's lives are getting so close that it has become an important platform for people to access information transmission.In order to further understand the tourists' experience of Sanya-Xisha cruise route and enhance the tourists'satisfaction of Sanya-Xisha cruise route,this paper selects 130 travel notes with"Sanya-Xisha" as the theme from the Ctrip,Tongcheng site and Mafengwo site as the samples.Based on the contents of the travel notes and the existing relevant research to determine the index factors,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to measure the tourists,satisfaction of Sanya-Xisha cruise route.According to the evaluation results,the tourists'satisfaction of Sanya-Xisha cruise route is higher.It indicates that tourists of the Sanya-Xisha cruise route overall are satisfied with this trip.At the same time,based on the evaluation results of satisfaction,the paper analyzes the existed problems of the Sanya-Xisha cruise route.These findings will enhance the tourism development of Xisha Islands and provide the basis for the formulation of tourism policy.The paper is divided into the following sections:?This paper summarizes the relevant literatures,combs the theory of satisfaction and the theory of tourism digital footprint,and explains the feasibility of using the theory of tourism digital footprint to study the tourists'satisfaction of Sanya-Xisha cruise route.?Based on the previous research basis,combined with experts,teachers and classmate,suggestions,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of tourist' satisfaction of Sanya-Xisha cruise route and constructs the evaluation index system of tourists' satisfaction of Sanya-Xisha cruise route.This paper selects 130 travel notes with "Sanya-Xisha" as the theme from the Ctrip,Tongcheng site and Mafengwo site as the samples,then analyzes and scores the samples.?Based on the results of the score and combined with IPA analysis,the Sanya-Xisha cruise route C-level indicators.And then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Sanya-Xisha cruise route,and sums up the corresponding countermeasures.The results show that the results of tourists'satisfaction measured by travel notes are scientific and valuable.we can get the main tourists'attractions in the journey and the more realistic travel experience from the acquisition of high frequency words.The measurement of satisfaction can be used as the basis of academic research.This paper translates qualitative data into quantitative data through the content analysis and IPA analysis,proving that this method is feasible both in theory and in practice,and ultimately can get meaningful and valuable conclusions.
