With the "Internet +" sweeping the traditional industries of folk loan,P2P network loans came into being.At present,China's net loan industry is vigorous developing and in the ascendant,but the industry has not established a sound risk management system,also doesn't have a relatively perfect management system of laws and regulations.This paper first traces the origin of P2P net loan platform,starts from the main network loan platform at home and abroad as Prosper,Lending Club,Kiva,Ppdai,Lufax and Yirendai,combs and deconstructs their development history,present situation,product type,business process,profit mode and personality characteristics.Then,the author analyzes the status quo of P2P net loan problem platform from the aspects of year,region,registered capital,duration and so on,and then analyzes the multiple risk factors of P2P net loan industry,especially introduces the fund pool,credit investigation,borrower audit mechanism,audit deficiencies,macro environment in detail.Then,according to the resistance factors,this study puts forward some suggestions on the control of the net loan risk,strengthening the monitoring and prevention of the loss from three aspects:government regulation,platform operation and lender investment.we put forward the risk of controlling net loan,strengthen the monitoring and prevent the loss from the three aspects of government regulation,platform operation and lender investment.Finally,we briefly summarizes this research,P2P network loan industry will further accelerate the survival of the fittest,collectivize,mergers trend is obvious,has broad prospects,long way to go.As the macro environment improves,P2P network loan industry will eventually usher in a new period of development opportunities.
