Since the first online P2P lending platform Zopa was founded in the United Kingdom in 2005, a new approach--P2P networks microcredit lending has been globally expanded rapidly. By relying on a sound national credit information system and external regulatory standardization, P2P industries in the Anglo-American countries have been walking in the forefront of the world. They have been playing an important role in providing financing channels for small and micro enterprises and individuals and have been an integral part of their financial systems.In China, as the most active part of Internet financial, P2P lending network is of great significance for the construction of an inclusive financial system and the promotion of the interest rate liberalization. Our country's P2P industry has experienced three periods since 2006 when it was introduced from abroad,that is the period of exploration, the period of expansion, and the coexistence period of expansion and risk. Now it is entering an stage of policies'adjustment which is mainly aimed at standardizing the regulatory. Therefore, whether the risks of P2P online lending platform can be controlled and reduced has become an key to determine the healthy development of the industry.By analyzing the history and current situations of domestic and foreign lending platform P2P networks, the paper summed up domestic P2P platforms'internal risks (including credit risk, operational risk, operational risk, liquidity risk) and external risks (including legal risk, market risk). Then the paper built a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process analysis model, valued comprehensive risks of 10 samples of platforms, and verified the validity of the proposed model by combining with the conclusions of the model and the actual operation results of comparative sample platforms. Finally, according to the risks faced by the platform, the paper gave some recommendations to control risks from the perspectives of the platform itself and regulators.
