Research On Intellectual Property Management Impact On The Technology Innovation Under The Network Economy

Medical equipment industry with high technical,knowledge accumulation and talent demand characteristics determine the ascension requires the industry technology innovation ability through the effective management of intellectual property rights.Especially under the background of network economy,the competition ability to cope with competition environment of the research and development,information and technology sharing,own intellectual property rights management ability and so on have become the important factors that affect enterprises to choose the intellectual property rights management strategy,medical equipment enterprise internal organization members how through access to information,knowledge sharing and information between the internal transfer and penetrating way to manage organizational learning ability,and enhance the level of the enterprise technological innovation become one of the medical instrument enterprises desiderate to solve the problem.In view of this,based on the medical device industry as an example,and the network economy as the research background,focus on analysis of intellectual property management,organizational learning,relationship between technical innovation ability,improve the ability of technology innovation countermeasures are put f(?)paper by the method of literature review,the connotation of the variable and the relationship between the summary and summarized,based on organizational learning for the mediation of medical equipment enterprise intellectual property management conceptual model of the impact of technology innovation.Of the medical instrument enterprises by way of questionnaire data collection and processing,through the establishment of structural equation,using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 statistical tools to the empirical analysis of 204 valid questionnaires,the relationship between each variable and the mechanism of action research.Through the empirical data and results analysis the following conclusions:intellectual property management external environment,intellectual property management,intellectual property rights of internal resource management,intellectual property rights in the late maintenance management four dimensions of organizational learning have obvious positive correlation;Organizational learning for technological innovation has obvious positive correlation;Intellectual property management external environment,internal resources intellectual property management,intellectual property rights in the late maintenance management three considerably influence on technology innovation,intellectual property management dimension the weakest influence on technology innovation.Based on the empirical conclusions,the paper proposes relevant Suggestions and countermeasures,for medical equipment enterprise technology innovation ability improve management.
