With the development of social science and technology,the process of global integration is accelerating.The competition between enterprises is becoming more intense.Domestic and international market competition situation is increasingly fierce.And the diversification of business make the enterprises facing internal and external risks unpredictable.Risk management has gradually attracted the attention of enterprises.In order to achieve long-term sustainable development goals,enterprises began to study and explore risk management methods.Due to the increasing risk of business operation,the company executives have given higher expectations and requirements to the internal audit department.And they hope that the internal audit can take on more functions and responsibilities,especially in the field of enterprise risk identification,assessment and prevention.The internal audit department can help enterprises survive and develop in the increasingly fierce competition,so as to achieve the goal of value for the enterprise.Modern risk-oriented internal audit as a new model of internal audit development,it is based on risk management and prevention as the main purpose of internal audit,emphasizing the focus on risk analysis and forecasting.Modern risk-oriented internal audit can adhere to the concept of risk and enhance the awareness of risk prevention.This article mainly uses the case study method and the field research method.Based on the research of risk-oriented internal audit at home and abroad,this paper takes principal-agent theory,risk management theory,strategic management theory and system theory as the theoretical basis,and chooses Z company as the research object to carry on the research of modern risk-oriented internal audit.Z is a large oil and gas field company,because the company's business scope is wide,and the operating area is also more extensive,so the company is facing a lot of risk.If there is no good risk identification,analysis and control,there will be a variety of uncontrollable problems.Therefore,this paper researches Z company's internal audit status,and applies advanced modern risk-oriented audit concept to Z company's internal audit work.This paper designs the modern risk-oriented internal audit process of Z Company,which invites the relevant experts to qualitatively and quantitatively assess the risk of the company's strategic level in the audit preparation stage.At the same time,this paper issues a questionnaire to investigate the risks of the company's business level.Andthen according to identify and assess the level of risk level,this paper prepared an audit plan,and then stepped into the stage of implementation,and reporting stage and subsequent stage.Finally,in order to ensure that the modern risk-oriented internal audit in Z company to promote the application,this paper puts forward the relevant safeguard measures.
