In 2005,YouTuBe arose as the first video website in our world.After that the video websites begin to flourish in China.Rapidly,China enters into a video era.With the continuous improvement of Internet technology,the video websites in China are also constantly innovated and developed.In these ten years,the video websites profoundly change individual lives in China.And people can actually receive the worldwide information and messages from the dynamic videos instead of the static words or pictures.LeTV as a website video starts to new business that is create and make smart TV to suit for the new trend,the,business mode is designed to "hardware free +income from content".First step is sold smart TV as its cost to capture market share,Second step is buy copyright to satisfied the user's need.It is the trend of the website video developing in the near future.However,in the face of the market which is occupied by traditional TV manufacturer.No matter how famous the brand of smart TV or sales channel,LeTV is in the disadvantaged position.So how to accomplish the original target in the so fierce competition and gain more from entrance,and benefit more from this business modelThis paper focuses on the strategy of Letv,Also it attempts to deal with some current issues facing on the layout of smart TV.It finds a new way to transfer the business model leading a new time in video website industry.
