Hotel industry as labor-intensive industries,the future of talent is related to the enterprise's economic benefit and sustainable development.Hotel industry in recent years,high staff turnover has restricted the development of the hotel industry,it has become the inevitable major issues.Reducing the hotel employee turnover intention is not easy thing,need a long-term process.This paper is to study this issues as the starting point,through the combination of theory and practice,using Beijing apartment hotel as the research object,studying the relationship of staff job satisfaction,organizational commitment and employee turnover intention.In this paper,on the basis of literature research,according to the actual situation of the organization,making the hotel staff job satisfaction,organizational commitment,turnover intention questionnaire.We collected 88 samples,according to analyzing results,deleting the dimension and the problem of the impact of scale is not directly,let the questionnaire is suitable for using in our organization.Based on the relationship between employee job satisfaction,organizational commitment and turnover intention,the research results are the following aspects:employee job satisfaction?organizational commitment and turnover intention in a medium or average level;it is different that individual attributes employees on staff job satisfaction,organizational commitment and turnover intention;employee job satisfaction,organizational commitment and turnover intention have significant correlation;organizational commitment as intermediary variable for partial intermediary role in the job satisfaction and turnover intention.Results of this study will help our hotel to solve the problem of employee turnover,when we come up with a plan of solutions we should consider not only organizational commitment intervention,but also should pay attention to the influence of individual properties.Combined with statistical results,put forward the perfect training and welfare system,strengthen enterprise culture construction,according to different attributes of the individual designed employee training and career development plan.
