In the era of knowledge economy,talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises,from the angle of salary management how to attract and retain talents gradually by the modern enterprise managers' attention,the salary management system in the enterprise is reasonable or not,and the matching degree of enterprises with the current stage of development,is directly related to the long-term stability and development of enterprises.In this paper,by using the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews,the current salary management system of D company management staff as an example,and carries on the analysis to the D company's current management personnel salary management system has drawn the following conclusions:1.Basic wage setting standards lack market competitiveness2.The basic salary gap of the same staff is too large3.Performance pay assessment lacks accuracy4.Salary promotion channel is single5.The welfare system is not perfectBecause of these problems,D company is difficult to attract excellent talents,and its staff on the job lack of initiative and high mobility.In view of the problems existing in the salary management system of the current management personnel of D company,I put forward the following countermeasures:1.Perfect salary structure2.Implement employee benefits diversification3.Optimize performance appraisal system4.Establish a people-oriented and innovative salary management model...
