Industrial Agglomeration And Development Of Processing Trade

In the context of the increasingly developed science and technology,economic globalization,processing trade has long been an important way for countries to participate in global cooperation.Processing trade in China has more than 40 years of history,in the past four decades,processing trade was rapid developing in pace with China's reform and opening up,to the twenty-first century,processing trade had occupied Half of China's foreign trade,although affected by subsequent changes of China's trade ideas and the 2008 global financial crisis,processing trade is still one of the important pillars of China's foreign trade.On the basis of introducing the theory of processing trade,this paper introduces the development process of China's processing trade and analyzes the development of processing trade in China from three aspects:processing trade and general trade contrast,processing trade value added and regional distribution of processing trade feature.The concept of industry agglomeration of processing trade industry is introduced,and the six eastern coastal provinces or cities of China's(Guangdong,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian and Shandong)processing trade regional entropy has been calculated.In order to clarify the influence of industrial agglomeration on the development of processing trade,this paper validates the influence of technical level,FDI,labor input and industrial agglomeration on the export of processing trade with the panel analysis of six coastal provinces and cities in eastern China.At the end of the article,some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of processing trade are put forward on the basis of all the previous analysis.
