Study On Jiangsu LS Company's Business Development Strategy

Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,with the economic and social development and environmental problems become increasingly prominent,the promotion and application of clean energy will be further attention,especially in the larger pollution and high energy consumption of transportation.This paper chooses the strategic analysis of the clean energy enterprises in the transportation field,which faces many opportunities and faces great difficulties in such a background.This type of enterprises have series features of policy guidance,technology pilot,smaller scale,more competitors etc.Based on the domestic and foreign research results and the successful experience,uses the PEST,Porter and SWOT to systematically analyze the situation of LS company,and start with the macroeconomic and policy of domestic energy industry.The situation and the internal and external factors of enterprise development,put forward enterprise strategy and implementation plan.And the combination of macroeconomic situation closely,the development of enterprises is homeopathy;integrated enterprises in the existing business and selected development strategies,the business strategy development goals designed as 'one two three' pattern.And through the technical and financial analysis,the business development strategy of the system is studied from the aspects of promoting the construction and operation of gas station,expanding the business of refined oil and natural gas wholesale,promoting the reform of LNG ship,brand and marketing network.To the theory with practice,to strengthen the operational development strategy for the operation of the primary objective of this study,do not blindly pursue a high degree of theoretical thinking,to be a good landing,long-term goals Challenges but not out of reach for the transportation in Jiangsu and the country's energy supply enterprises to provide a reference.
