Research On Software Project Risk Management Based On Cloud Platform

Cloud computing technology is one of the most popular technology in the software industry in recent years.As the cloud computing model based on the Internet for users anywhere to provide the required computing and sharing services,in many software technology stand out.More and more software projects using cloud computing technology,but due to the introduction of cloud computing technology to the project risks are often overlooked by project managers.In view of the shortcomings of the current research on the risk management of software development based on cloud platform,this paper adopts the method of case study,and chooses the cloud computing project A which focuses on the work of the company S as the case project.By the project management and the risk management theory,take actions on risk management to A software project due to the introduction of cloud computing technology to bring the risk.In order to carry out accurate risk identification and analysis of the project,this paper starts from the relevant theories and principles of project risk management and cloud computing security risk,and conducts in-depth investigation on company S and A project management.The project management personnel,business experts and project members were interviewed and questionnaires respectively.The main project risks existed in A project were studied by means of theoretical analysis,practice investigation,risk qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The risks including the project progress was overdue,cannot accurately control costs,technical difficulties,permission management risks,data leakage,cloud platform security and other risks.Through the in-depth analysis and research on the risk of these projects,combined with the existing academic research results and practical experience of software project,and taking full account of the actual situation of the project,summed up the corresponding project risk response measures,including reasonable project scope management,strengthen staff training,purchase third-party consulting company services,integrated permission management system,strengthen network supervision,prevent cloud computing security risks by conducting a comprehensive system to and other management measures.After the above risk measures in the A project in the practical application of the risk monitoring and project risk reassessment,the above measures effectively reduce the A project based on the cloud platform project risk,thereby increasing the success rate of A project.The research of this paper enriches the research system of software project risk management,and also provides a good reference for other software companies to carry out risk management of software projects based on cloud platform.
