In recent years,the economic growth of the world's recovery was slow,the old of the kinetic energy is tend to fade.Countries around the world who are taking on its national conditions,in order to find a good way for the new economic momentum.And the innovation is widely focused again.Innovation is out of the crisis and the only way of sustained economic growth.Enterprise as the main innovation has an irreplaceable important role,and the innovation tasks of the enterprise require the every employee to complete during their innovative activities.The innovative behavior of employees is the foundation of enterprise who can improve the whole innovative level.However,individuals will make mistakes in the activities of innovation inevitably.The emergence of the error will also bring some negative influence,result in avoiding innovation.So how to promote employees to set up error cognition,to let employees comprehensive insight into the errors of its potential positive impact,and to dare to make error and innovation?Existing literature shows that emotional labor has an important impact on individual innovative behavior,and practice of emotional labor between enterprises and employee's work behavior has remarkable moderating effect.This study first explores emotional labor from individual perspective between error cognitive orientation and its innovative behavior,and delves into error cognition in what boundary can promote innovation intention and behavior of the individual better.Main research idea of this study has the following steps:first,in order to prepare for study,we comb the relationship between each variable by reading related literature both at domestic and abroad.Then we put forward research hypotheses according to the research findings and research purposes.After that we survey to obtain valid data through on-the-spot questionnaire.Then we carry on the empirical research from the collected data,test the main effect and the moderating effect between variables are established or not.Finally,we based on the empirical analysis results about the conclusion,put forward management suggestions.Through the empirical analysis of this research,we have mainly three conclusions as follows:1.Error cognition has a significant positive impact on employee's innovation behavior.Error cognition and its four dimensions:error competence,learning from errors,thinking about errors and error communication have significant positive impact on employee innovative behavior,namely the better the employee's mistake cognition,the more its innovation behavior.2.The two dimensions of emotional labor has a significant effect for employee innovation behavior.Between them,the surface labor impacts the innovation behavior negatively,namely the more surface labor the staffs have,the less their innovation behavior they performance;the deep labor impacts innovation behavior positively,namely the more deep the individuals have,the more their innovation behavior they performance.3.Surface labor in that error competence,learning from errors and error communication impact on employee innovative behavior has play a negative moderating role in the process,the deep labor in that error competence,learning from errors and thinking about errors impact on employee innovative behavior has play a positive moderating role in the process.This study includes six parts altogether:The first chapter for the introduction of this paper,mainly including the research background,research purpose and questions and significance,research methods and ideas and innovative may point.The second chapter for each variable literature review,first we distinguish between cognitive and other related concepts.Second we summarizes the relevant research of emotional labor.Then we conduct a comprehensive review of the existing literature for innovative behavior.Finally,we comb the relationship between the three variables,and put forward research hypothesis for subsequent.The third chapter is the research model and research hypothesis,including the main effect between error cognition of each dimension and innovative behavior,and between emotional labor of different dimensions and innovative behavior,and moderating effect for emotional labor between the error cognition and innovative behavior.The fourth chapter is the research design,draw lessons from domestic and foreign existing maturity scale and designed questionnaire,then given out the questionnaires,and then collected effective questionnaires to test reliability and validity and so on.The fifth chapter is the empirical research,mainly including descriptive statistics analysis for each variable,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression,we verify whether a hypothesis is put forward.The sixth chapter are conclusions and recommendations of this article and its outlook,we summarize the conclusion of the empirical analysis,we put forward some suggestions for the management of the enterprises and managers,and points out the shortcomings of this study and research direction in the future.
