Entrepreneurial activity has become a very active phenomenon in the modern economy, whether developed or developing countries, and entrepreneurship has become the most dynamic part in the national economic development. Under the call of "public entrepreneurship and innovation," the whole society creates a good entrepreneurship climate. Entrepreneurs are promoters and implementers of entrepreneurial activity and has a very important role in the entrepreneurial activity, so the research on formation of entrepreneurs is significant. Entrepreneurs are formed in the entrepreneurial context, and there is highly uncertain situation, highly resource constraints, time pressure and other characteristics in the context. So entrepreneurs need to think about relevant information on the situation and their own and others’ experience, namely sustained entrepreneurial learning. Constructivist theory emphasizes the social situation of the interactions, and cutting-edge research in the field of entrepreneurship also emphasized entrepreneurial that activity is carried out in the entrepreneurial context including entrepreneurial learning, opportunities to be identified and developed and so on. So the Constructivism included in the study are consistent logic.Contents and methods are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction, describing the research background, significance, content and framework, research methods and technology roadmap and innovation. The second chapter is the theoretical basis and the literature review including entrepreneurial learning theory, Constructivism theory, and research on the formation of entrepreneurs. The third chapter is the research model and hypothesis, entrepreneurial learning, and the formation of entrepreneur are defined the dimensions. The entrepreneurial learning is defined into experiential learning, cognitive learning and action learning, and the formation of entrepreneur is defined into opportunity identification and opportunity exploitation. Then it constructs the research model and proposes the corresponding assumptions on this basis. The fourth chapter is the case design and analysis. Firstly, it selects the three typical entrepreneurial firms’entrepreneurs and collects case data by using primary sources and secondary sources. And it analyzes the study of reliability and validity. Then experiential learning, cognitive learning, action learning, opportunity identification and opportunity exploitation were described. Finally, the collected data were extracted, encoded and used to test case study hypothesis individually.The fifth chapter is conclusions and prospects including conclusions, management inspiration and advice and future prospects.Actors perform the functions of entrepreneurs in the interaction between entrepreneurial learning and opportunity recognition and between entrepreneurial learning and opportunities to be developed. The main conclusions of this article are:Firstly, experiential learning can promote opportunities to be identified and developed. And if opportunities can not be identified or developed for good results, it can promote the experiential learning to happen again. Secondly, cognitive learning can promote opportunities to be identified and developed. And if opportunities can not be identified or developed for good results, it can promote the cognitive learning to happen again. Finally, action learning can promote opportunities to be identified and developed. And if opportunities can not be identified or developed for good results, it can promote the action learning to happen again. Based on the conclusions, it proposed management inspiration and advice including that actors should focus on entrepreneurial learning in the opportunity identification phase and opportunity development stage. Through the study on interaction between entrepreneurial learning and the formation of entrepreneurs under the perspective of Constructivism, on the one hand, entrepreneurial learning provided a research approach of the formation of entrepreneurs, on the other hand, it also brought inspiration for potential entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in practice.And the inspiration is that continuing entrepreneurial learning can improve the ability to identify and develop then become a true entrepreneur and a successful entrepreneur.
