The rapid development of the Internet and its related industries has enabled the Internet industry and enterprises to occupy a favorable position in the labor market,especially to attract a new generation of young job seekers.2016 Annual College Students Online Employment Status and Attitude Survey Report pointed out that more than 60%of college students who wanted to working in the Internet industry expressed a strong interest.the calling comes from the religion into the general public,attracted the attention of researchers,but also increasingly become the organization and management of the new focus of attention.Professional summon is a career or work which is meaningful to the individual and in accordance with his own values.The age of the employees in the Internet industry is concentrated in the new generation of employees,the new generation of employees occupies the important position in the workplace,the study of their work attitude has become an important part of management.In recent years,on one hand is the Internet industry require high professional to staff,on the other hand job satisfaction is not high.There can be more challenges to the Internet business management.Understanding the employee's perception of the job and the expectations of the work has become an important part of human resources management,and the same to the Internet industry.The response to the call can generate the driving force for the individual's life and work.It can bring self-confidence,passion,responsibility and work involvement to the individual.It is a important signs of modern subjective career success.In the theoretical research,the research on the influence of job attitudes,job satisfaction and other factors on performance and work results has become an important part of the management field.Work attitude has become an important factor restricting performance,output and investment,and then a series of research work attitude around the management community.Based on the study of the data and the study of predecessors,this paper studies the occupational call and work attitude of the new generation employees in the background of the Internet industry in China,and explores the occupational call and attitude(Job Satisfaction,Turnover Intention,Organizational Commitment and Work Input)and the impact of the mechanism.Based on the survey of general demographic characteristics and background data of the questionnaire,the author compares and analyzes career summoning,job satisfaction,turnover intention,organizational commitment,work input and so on.And the mathematical model is established by regression analysis and hypothesis test to explain the mathematical relationship between Calling,Job Satisfaction,Turnover Intention and Work Input.From the result,in Internet industry,the level of professional call of employees is the middle level.Job Satisfaction,Turnover Intention,Job Attitudes and Work Input are the general level.Gender has significant influence on Job Satisfaction and Work Input;the education level of Internet employees has significant influence on Calling and Turnover Intention;the marital status and job category of employees have no significant influence on Calling,Turnover Intention,Job Attitudes,Job Satisfaction and Work Input.Age has a significant effect on the Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention.The monthly income has significant influence on Turnover Intention,Calling and Work Input.The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between Calling and Job Attitudes,Job Satisfaction and Work Input.Regression analysis showed that there was linear correlation between Calling and Job Attitudes,job satisfaction Job Satisfaction and Work Input;Job Satisfaction and Work Input play a central role in the influence of Calling and Turnover Intention.
