Research On The Expected Return And Risk Evaluation Of Accounts Receivable Pledged Finacing Business With 3PL Enterprises

Logistics finance is a new type of integrated service of modern logistics and finance,the logistics enterprises focus on the logistics finance business to adapt to the fierce competition environment,the expected return and risk evaluation of the receivable business under the 3PL enterprise participation is the theoretical and practical demand of the business model innovation of the logistics enterprise.The accounts receivable pledge financing business processes is analyzed,based on the two scenarios 3PL enterprises as members of the enterprise and the core enterprise,construct the expected return function of each participant that accounts receivable financing business,and analysis of variance;The paper analyzes the factors influencing the risk of accounts receivable pledge financing under two situations,and establish the risk evaluation index system of the pledge of accounts receivable,which is based on the supplier risk,dealer risk,3PL enterprise risk,contract risk,collateral risk and environmental risk;The risk assessment of the receivable pledge financing business of 3PL enterprise is carried out by using the entropy weight matter-element extension model.The research shows that when the 3PL enterprise is the core enterprise of the supply chain,the income of the participants and the whole income of the supply chain are increased,and the result of risk assessment is less risk,verifing the feasibility of the financing business;According to the optimization value of 3PL enterprise as the core of the pledge of accounts receivable financing business key risk factors for supplier sales growth rate,the rate of assets and liabilities and accounts receivable turnover rate,dealers operating margins and 3PL enterprise market share;For the key risk factors,the risk response strategies of each participant are given,which can provide a basis for decision-making.
