In the initial growth stage of the construction of the assets of the company is a "receiving management,the remaining assets of the city infrastructure construction in the process of project management and project construction" three big business as the core business of the state-owned enterprises of modern city construction.The company always follow the traditional way,does not play its proper motivation and strategic orientation role,is not conducive to the potential of the enterprise in the market competitiveness and future development.How to develop a scientific and effective performance management system according to the actual situation,carry out scientific and effective performance management of employees,motivate employees more reasonably healthy competition within the company,is an urgent need to solve the problem.Based on the performance interview and performance status of the objective analysis,found that construction of assets of the company there are many problems in employee performance management at the same time,due to the nature of the enterprise,industry structure and other factors,the company staff performance appraisal only as a tool to manage employees,leading employees can not put their own development and the strategy of the enterprise the development of association,has been unable to meet the specific needs of the sustainable development of the company.How to develop a scientific and effective performance management system according to the actual situation,carry out scientific and effective performance management of employees,motivate employees more reasonably healthy competition within the company,is an urgent need to solve the problem.persistent and collect and analyze the information communication is the key link to maintain performance improve job performance,at the same time through a series of incentive measures including salary,training.According to the development status of the enterprise,this paper constructs a set of key performance indicators(KPI)based on the performance management system;the second part of the current situation of performance management in the construction of assets of the company are described there,find the problems in the process of performance management,and the problems are analyzed to find out the fundamental reasons;the third part is the core of this thesis,research on employee performance management scheme design of urban construction: first of all the assets of the company plan,according to the performance target and the various job responsibilities to each index decomposition The post is to implement specific implementation work the staff level;and then the implementation of performance link,persistent and collect and analyze the information communication is the key link to maintain performance;the company staff performance appraisal only as a tool to manage employees,leading employees can not put their own development and the strategy of the enterprise the development of association,the next step is to review procedures of the content;the last part is performance results and feedback,persistent and collect and analyze the information communication is the key link to maintain performance improve job performance,at the same time through a series of incentive measures including salary,training.The fourth part is to establish the performance management system of the implementation of security measures,including corporate culture,performance management,training,organizational security and institutional protection.This paper hopes that the research on employee performance management of urban construction company assets,key performance indicators theory is applied to the construction of assets management company,enhance the company's performance management level fundamentally,promote scientific and effective performance management scheme is implemented,realizing the strategic objectives of enterprises,also hope to provide reference and suggestion for more and more enterprises.
