Research On The Development Project Planning About Rana Chensinensis Series Products

Rana chensinensis is a unique medicinal amphibian with high economic value in our country,which is mainly distributed in changbai mountain area.Currently,most of the Rana chensinensis is exported in the form of raw materials or rough products and the market of Rana chensinensis doesn't form the scale of industrialization with the unified brand products due to the lack of deep processing and sufficient comprehensive utilization.As a result,the market price of Rana chensinensis is not competitive enough,which greatly limits the development prospects of the Rana chensinensis market.This project exploit a new way for the deep-seated development of Rana chensinensis by the means of resource protection,product processing and sustainable development.In this paper,we mainly studied the series of products development of Rana based on the basic theoretical knowledge of project management.The project has been analyzed and the overall planning,safeguard measures of the project has been also made.First of all,we analyzed the status of the series products and the project management of Rana chensinensis.In this project,the PEST method was used to analyze the macroeconomic environment of Changbai Mountain Rana chensinensis series products from the aspects of political,economic,social and feasibility.At the same time,we assessed the market demand,competition and risk by the ways of questionnaire survey on L citizens and the survey showed Rana chensinensis series products project development has broad market prospects.Secondly,in the Rana chensinensis series of product development projects,we will make full use of Internet marketing to make online and offline resource highly integrated.In this project we use the "company and base and farmers" model and combine the rapid development of Internet resources to make Rana chensinensis characteristics products develop more extensively.Thirdly,we established Rana chensinensis Breeding department,Rana chensinensis product research and development department and Rana chensinensis product processing department to develop the Rana chensinensis oil,Rana chensinensis brains,Rana chensinensis skin and other products.We designed the specific organizational structure and work flow and completed the three series of product development,including product pre-research,R & D test,product trial production from the product input,output,design and development review,verification,confirmation to the final new product.Finally,we refined the problems and related preventive measures that may encounter in the project development process from the relevant safeguards.Through the establishment of efficient team,improve the efficiency of team work,and project quality,cost,objectives,risk management and strengthen the project schedule process,make the reasonable time arrangement to effectively guarantee the feasibility of the project plan implementation.The completion of this project will mobilize the enthusiasm of the local Rana chensinensis farmers to develop a unified breeding standards to improve the q uality of Rana chensinensis.The combination of breeding,research and development,deep processing and sales of large-scale project cluster can significantly increase the income of local farmers.Meanwhile,the completion of this project will also improve the aquaculture environment,increase L city science and technology research and development capabilities,promote the simultaneous development of related industries.All in all,this project can absorb the local idle labor into the factory to drive th em out of poverty so that to achieve economic efficiency,social benefits and ecological benefits.
