Research On Cash Flow Management Of XYH Company

Nowadays,with the increasingly intense competition in the market environment,the modern enterprise pay attention to the management of the cash flow and some people describe the importance of cash flow to the enterprise as the importance of blood to the body.To maintain the efficient and stable operation,the enterprises must ensure the normal cycle of the funds in the corporate,especially the concept of the "cash is king" is becoming popular under the background of cash flow management,the importance of cash flow management becomes more and more obvious,so it is necessary for the enterprises strengthen the management of routine cash flow.With the development of the global economy and "made in China 2025",the equipment manufacturing industry is stepping into the key period of the industrial upgrading and structural adjustment.The development of robot industry is becoming more and more important in the era of industrial 4.0.With the deepening of the "13th Five-Year" plan,the equipment manufacturing industry has become a strategic industry in China.Robot industry plays an vital role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing.It is an important guarantee to promote the development of equipment industry.Combined with the current economic environment,Robot enterprises should pay more attention to the management of cash flow.The security of capital chain of the Robot enterprises is low because of the high risk and high return of the robot industry.Once the funding strand breaks,the enterprise will face the risk of being unable to repay the maturity of the debt,so the cash flow management is particularly important to the Robot enterprises.This paper takes the robot enterprise named XYH founded in 2013 as the research object,with the cash flow related to the theoretical basis,combined with the financial statements of XYH in 2013-2016 and cash flow related to the current situation of internal control,Through the comparative analysis of cash flow structure,solvency,profitability and operating capacity of XYH and SIASUN,the leading industry in Shenyang,finding out the deficiencies of cash flow management in XYH and giving some relevant cash flow optimization measures to help XYH and relevant enterprises.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter and the second chapter introduces the domestic and foreign literature on cash flow management and the theoretical basis of cash flow management.The third chapter is mainly about the XYH's organizational structure,external environment,internal cash management system,budget preparation method,the related indicators of cash flow and the deficiencies in XYH.The fourth chapter is on the basis of the foregoing analysis,the paper puts forward the policy suggestions to improve the cash flow management of XYH company.The fifth chapter is a brief explanation of the conclusions and shortcomings of this paper.
