Research On The Regional Differences Of Urbanization Level Of Hebei Province

Hebei Province,as an important region in North China,the Gyeonggi powerhouse,has the vast,rich natural resources and a large population,but the level of urbanization has been lagging behind compared with the national state and the province each city showed great urbanization imbalance.Regional urbanization of Hebei difference does exist and has become an important factor restricting the urbanization process.Article aims to explore the level of urbanization in Hebei province and its regional differences in health 11 prefecture-level cities from 2004 to 2013,and then targeted for regional differences in the level of urbanization in the evolution of quantitative analysis,in order to avoid Hebei regional economic differences continue to expand,and promote urbanization in Hebei Province to provide feasible suggestions.Based on existing literature collation and reviewed,the text defines the concept of urbanization and regional differences,and the introduction of the theory of urbanization Institute involved the use of comparative and inductive analysis method of combining the current situation of urbanization in Hebei province the study.On this basis,the use of multivariate statistical methods to select 25 indicators of economic,social development,population,scientific and cultural and ecological environment to build five integrated measure index system model using entropy method to determine the weight of each index,and Hebei 11 provincial-level cities 2004--2013 urbanization and comprehensive level of urbanization level of each subsystem measurement and evaluation to use standard deviation,coefficient of variation and Theil coefficient measure and analyze regional differences in urbanization in Hebei Province.Finally,in terms of economic,demographic,technological innovation and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote urbanization in Hebei province,promoting coordinated regional development.The study found that 2004--period in 2013,local-level city in Hebei province urbanization level composite score increased year by year trend,but there are significant differences between different levels of urbanization and city growth rate of the total score.From the total score of each subsystem,economic and social development of the city of subsystems for the process of urbanization in Hebei province is essential.At the same time,with a standard deviation measure of Hebei Province Absolute difference urbanized area gradually widened in 2013,with a coefficient of variation and Theil coefficient measures the relative difference in the same regional trends,showed for the first narrow and then widen the two coefficients reaches a minimum in 2008.And differences in economic development of Hebei's overall value larger population differences,science and technology,the level of development of the ecological environment is relatively high,the level of social development,the smallest difference.Thus,by adjusting the industrial structure,optimize the layout of urban and rural areas,adhere to the people-centered,enhance scientific and technological innovation,and establish a good ecological environment and build a city centers and other ways to promote urbanization in Hebei province,promoting coordinated regional development.
