C Commercial Bank Credit Risk Management Strategy Research

From the middle of last century,the credit risk management of financial institutions has become a more important part in the western country with good developed economy.In the last decade of the twentieth,with the reformation of financial system,China's major Banks have become into commercial Banks,and autonomous management self-sustaining.Under the rapid development of science and technology,the adjustment of industrial policy and credit policy,a series of credit risk happened and lead to capital losses of financial institutions.Therefore,the research of C commercial bank credit risk management strategy has very important practical significance for promoting its credit business to effectively control the credit risk in C commercial bank comprehensive development.In this paper,the author expounds the commercial bank credit risk related theory knowledge,the credit risk management status of C commercial bank,the related theory and the causes of credit risk firstly.Secondly,the author introduced the business characteristics of C commercial Banks and present situation of C commercial band simply.By comparing C commercial Banks with foreign well-known banks risk management experiences,and we found that there are loss of management on commercial banks in credit risk management means and measures.Finally,drawing lessons from foreign commercial banks relatively mature management experience,we proposed a risk management strategy with strong pertinence,effectiveness and suitability of the to ensure that the C commercial bank credit business security of steady and fast development for the commercial banks in credit risk management.
