The problem of employee turnover has been a concern,helping companies to reduce the turnover rate will help improve the efficiency of enterprises.Employees loyalty to the director often affect the fate of employees.In previous studies,there is only an analysis of the impact of interaction on the loyalty of the manager,and the supervisor's sense of support and the level of supervisor's integrity are likely to influence the relationship between interaction justice and executive loyalty.Therefore,this study explores the impact of interaction equity on supervisor loyalty,as well as the moderating role of supervisor support and integrity leadership.In this study,237 employees were selected as research subjects and the study was conducted by means of psychological tests.Using the 17 questions developed by Chen(2001)to measure the loyalty of employees;Using Moorman(1991)to develop the six questions of the scale to measure the staff and their leadership in the process of interaction between the fair;Using the 23 questions of the scale of measurement in charge of support developed by Wang Fengzuo(2004);Using Zhou Lei Lei(2010)to build the 17 questions of integrity leadership scale measurement integrity leadership.After analyzing the data,the following results were obtained:(1)Interactional justice has a significant positive impact on executive loyalty;(2)The supervisor support plays a moderating role in the relationship between interactional justice and supervisor support loyalty;(3)Integrity leaders plays a moderating role in the relationship between interactional justice and supervisor loyalty.This study further enriched the study of supervisor loyalty,the results of this study shows that the manager should pay attention to the interaction between employees and themselves;managers should pay attention to the contribution of employees,and actively give feedback to employees;In setting goals,managers need to develop clear,reasonable and feasible goals.
