Mass Breeding Weifang Farming Cooperatives In Development Research Under The Angle Of View

Along with the development of cultivation in China has made rapid development and progress,the way of cultivation scattered by individual operation or "family farm" to intensive management changes,farming cooperatives also obtained very good development.There are still some problems in the effective utilization and scientific development of the farming industry since the promulgation of the law of the farmers’ professional cooperatives in July 1st,2007,such as the mode of production of animal husbandry needs to be accelerated,the scale of farming is adjusted and integrated,the management system in the development of cooperatives is unreasonable,the incentive mechanism of talents is not enough,and the support of the government is not enough,etc.As an important agricultural and animal husbandry base in Shandong Province,it has been playing a principal role and an important strategic position in the distribution of aquaculture industry.Based on the important breeding city of Weifang in Shandong province as the research object,deeply analyzed the development of Weifang farming cooperatives.Regards large-scaled farming as the breakthrough point to reveal general advantages and disadvantages in the development of farming cooperatives,and put forward the proposal for problems in the present large-scale aquaculture environment,which has a positive role in the development and realistic significance in the Weifang aquaculture industry.By reviewing and analysis relevant research literature on both here and abroad,and visiting experts and field investigation by myself,detailed interviews for typical cases,and to understand and record about these cooperatives and farmers themselves respectively for the current problems existing in the management,the two sides demand and economic benefit analysis,etc.In this paper,has 7 main content:(1).First of all,according to cooperatives in the backdrop of the rapid development of domestic,the author thinks that this selected topic research on the development of the aquaculture industry has a better reference value,and puts forward the research route and method.(2).To summarize and induction about the cooperative foundation as well as the development of theoretical concepts,make part farmers with not high cultural level can fully understand this paper content.(3).This part briefly introduces the general situation of the development of aquaculture in Weifang city and the development process and model of Weifang aquaculture cooperatives.(4).Research and Discussion on the typical case of farming cooperatives in Weifang through questionnaires and on-site discussion way,summarize the current situation analysis of the existence and development of cooperatives;Weifang city farming cooperatives in the analysis of the issues,such as: the regulations of the articles of association have not been fully carried out;the problem of capital difficulty;the internal system is not standardized;the lack of skills and management personnel;the quality and technical level of the members need to be improved,and the government support is insufficient and difficult to implement.(5).For the reference of cooperatives development experience in the developed countries,use the foreign advanced agricultural pattern to develop domestic basic industries.(6).According to problems in the above content,put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion,specifically included: Strict control of farming cooperatives established threshold;strengthen internal management norms;strengthen personnel training;to help farmers improve breeding efficiency;enhance the service ability of farming cooperatives;strengthen government policy support;to break through the traditional cooperative business model.(7).Conclusion.
