With the development of global integration and the process of network information,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more obvious.In the new environment,enterprises only have their own core competitiveness can not be defeated in the confrontation with the competitors,and occupy a place in the fierce competition in the market.The level of enterprise management is related to the rise and fall of an enterprise,and the level of human resources is the key factor.The staff as the main object of enterprise human resources,its performance to the decisive role to the enterprise,for the enterprise,the core competitiveness of its own technology and resource is no longer,but the competition of talents.Today,with a higher cultural quality,with a wide range of thinking of the 80,90 employees have gradually become the core talent in the enterprise,the performance of the new generation of employees is directly related to the level of business management.Therefore,how to better play their value,to help the new generation of employees to find their own position in the enterprise,and wholeheartedly into work to become,for enterprise managers are most concerned.In this paper,we choose the typical group of the new generation of employees,from the perspective of the person job fit,to explore the relationship between the engagement and the work performance.In order to verify the research hypothesis,we mainly through the Internet platform,collected from around the country a total of 233 new generation employees in the data sample,using statistical software for survey data to do analysis and treatment,a total of 13 assumptions have been verified,the remaining 2 assumptions are not validated.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between person job fit and job performance of the new generation of employees.(2)there is a significant positive correlation between employee engagement and job performance of the new generation of employees(3)employee engagement plays a partial mediating role between individual job fit and job performance of the new generation of employees.Based on the above conclusions,we put forward some suggestions to enhance the new generation of person job fit and employee engagement:(1)to post matching principles of the people(2)to strengthen the management of compensation mechanism(3)pay attention to the new generation of employee occupation career planning.
