| In depth overlook of international market,The Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)became an important direction of sustainable development of enterprises and even the whole society.Taking a panoramic view of domestic economy,CSR is also an essential index of so-cial and economic development.And whether perfect the methods,system and evaluation sys-tem of CSR information disclosure are will directly affect the CSR performance of an indus-try or the whole society.The People’s Bank of China held a national insurance work conference in Beijing on No-vember 19th,1979.Since then the domestic insurance business which has been closed for more than 20 years restarted.In 2007,China Life Insurance(Group)Co.,Ltd.declared the first CSR report of China insurance industry.So far,China insurance industry experienced four decades development and made significant achievements.However,China Insurance Corporations has been frequently exposed by the media for illegal operation in recent years,so the research on information disclosure of Insurance’s CSR is a hot topic with practical sig-nificance.Base on the international and native relevant theories and research results of CSR and in-formation disclosure,this paper establishes new index of CSR evaluation for listed companies in China Insurance industry by analyzing and comparing the international and native infor-mation disclosure standards of CSR,combined with the particularity and special index of in-surance industry.And then,Use this index to score the information disclosure report of CSR for listed companies in China insurance industry and know the status of their corporate social responsibility.Finally,relevant recommendations of three major security system will be made on how to strengthen China insurance companies to fulfill their social responsibility.The au-thor hopes to provide useful enlightenment to China insurance industry and relevant depart-ments to fulfill its CSR through this research. |
