Risk Research Of A Company In Coal To EG Demonstration Unit Project

Coal to EG industry is very important to Chinese energy strategy due to the situation of"lack of oil,gas,and rich coal".As the rapidly development of the society and economy,EG is a very important basic organic chemical raw material in petrochemical industry,the amount of EG is still have quite a big gap.As a new coal chemical industry,coal to EG industry has the characteristics of environmental protection and energy saving,is in line with the national policy of energy strategy with substituting coal for oil and in line with the national policy of green economy.But the coal to EG industry project is facing many problems and challenges such as mutative national policy,big project investment,unripe technology,and high requirement for environment and so on.Therefore,this paper will study risk management issure in coal to EG demonstration unit project,which has important theoretical and practical significance for avoiding risk,seizing opportunity,healthy development of this industry.On the basis of studying the coal chemical project risk management of A company related research document literature and methods.The paper which combing with the characteristics of the coal industry set up preliminary risk source list of the project,identify these risks of the coal to EG industry project from the national policy,market analysis,technology and the other side with method such as brainstorming.The paper concludes eight risk factors,including policy risk,design risk and so on.Then the risk evaluation index system is conducted and evaluation model are constructed by AHP.Among the risks,the highest degree of risk is the policy risk,next is the resource risk,market risk and financial risk.For each risk factor,the corresoponding risk response measures are proposed.In this paper,the project risk management will ensure the carry out of the project.
