Study On The Path Of Reducing Maize Production In Jilinprovince

Jilin province is a big agricultural province in our country.It is the top priority for agricultural development in Jilin province to give prominence to the grain production and ensure the effective supply of grain.From the current situation of agricultural production in Jilin Province,the situation of excessive production of maize in Jilin Province is relatively prominent,and there is a strong alternative to other crops.Therefore,in the foundation to ensure the smooth total food supply in Jilin Province,the rational design of reducing maize production route,the development of local characteristic crop varieties according to local conditions,improve the structure of grain supply,to promote the adjustment of agricultural structure in Jilin Province,to speed up the process of agricultural modernization has important practical significance.In this paper,the combination of normative and empirical research,qualitative research and quantitative analysis of the combination of methods to study.The structure of this paper is the first chapter is the introduction,the main research background,research statusat Home and Abroad,research content and innovation,as well as the research methods and technical route;the second chapter is the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis,the third chapter is the evolution process and current situation of maize crop development in Jilin Province;the fourth chapter is the empirical research and reason analysis of overcapacity in Jilin Province maize;the fifth chapter is the design research of reducing maize production route in Jilin Province;the sixth chapter is suggestions on promoting the operation of reducing maize production route in Jilin Province;the seventh chapter is the conclusion of the whole article.The conclusion of this paper,in the background of the supply-side reform,this article takes the comparative advantage theory,the unbalanced development theory and the big push theory as the basic theory prerequisite,firstly,the evolution process of maize crop in Jilin Province and the present situation of maize production in Jilin Province were analyzed,maize production will be divided into three stages in Jilin Province.The first stage(1949-1969)is the stage of balanced development of maize crops and other crops;the second stage(1970-1999)is rapid growth stage of maize crops;the third stage(2000-2014)is maize production relative surplus stage,the conclusion of current situation of maize production surplus was obtained in Jilin Province.Furthermore,Through the empirical analysis of DEA model,it is concluded that maize production in Jilin Province is at the largest stage of production,and the reduction of maize production is the best choice for future agricultural development,Based on the actual situation of Jilin Province,the feasible path of reducing maize production in Jilin province was designed,the path design is: promoting the development of economic crops in the eastern region;construction of exclusive maize production area in the central area;planting miscellaneous grains,miscellaneous beans and the development of animal in Western regions.And pointed out that the need for giving support in policy,capital,technology,market,insurance and other aspects,the use of policy guidance,market promotion,funding and technical provide support,insurance as a guarantee.Finally,the paper gives some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the reduction of maize production route in Jilin Province.
