Research On Agricultural Products Supply Chain Coordination And Optimization Based On Fair Concern And Agricultural Insurance

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of natural disasters have serious impact on the healthy and stable development of agricultural supply chain.It have also caused huge losses to the country and farmers.With the release of the central file No.1 in2017,agricultural insurance has been settled in the central file in 11 consecutive years,this showing the important role of agricultural insurance in the central documents.Supply chain risk is a thorny problem in supply chain system and its members.As a risk management tool and an agricultural risk dispersion mechanism,agricultural insurance is a means to compensate for the loss of agricultural risks.It has played a positive role in the steady development of agriculture and the increase of farmers’ income.Now more and more researches are introduced to the research of supply chain coordination optimization.In the research of supply chain coordination optimization,The main starting point of the present research is the fairness of the decision maker.Besides,it mainly focuses on the research of two echelon supply chain,this research is not a good reflection of real life.In this paper,the coordination and optimization of the three level agricultural products supply chain based on fair concern and agricultural insurance are studied.In order to provide a reference for the rational decision of supply chain members and scholars in the field of supply chain.This paper uses the theories of economics,operations research,insurance and finance,through analysis of the status quo of domestic and foreign research on behavior management and risk management.According to the natural risk,the market demand is stochastic and uncertain and to analyze the three echelon supply chain profit model.Through the comparison and analysis of two kinds of fairness and fairness of suppliers and distributors,it is found that the supplier and distributor can eliminate the double marginalization effect,and the supply chain can achieve coordination.After the introduction of agricultural insurance in the supply chain,the supply chain has not only realizes the coordination,but also plays an important role in optimizing the supply chain.Based on the comparison and analysis of two kinds of fairness and fairness between retailers and distributors,it found that retailers anddistributors are concerned about fairness and fairness,the supply chain can not achieve coordination.After the introduction of agricultural insurance,the supply chain is still unable to achieve coordination,but agricultural insurance increases the profit of the supply chain system.Further numerical simulation of the theoretical part is made by MATLAB.It is verified that the different supply chain members have different effects on the coordination of supply chain.And agricultural insurance does play a role in optimizing the supply chain system.This study shows:The members with higher income in the supply chain should always pay attention to those who have lower income with fair concern.At the same time,they should take some measures to stabilize the cooperation between the members,to make the supply chain system more stable;For natural disaster prone areas,farmers can avoid risks by adding agricultural insurance,in order to reduce losses that caused by natural disasters,and ensure the stability of the supply chain.
