With the rise of e-commerce,the arrival of the era of big data,the traditional retail industry has been a great impact and pressure.Due to the inherent advantages of e-commerce in the digital,many retail giants have formed a complete data analysis system and business application chain,they know how big data analysis and application of the road,a continuous expansion of new product line and product category,on the other hand also dig the consumer behavior data,accurate to meet consumer expectations.Continue to erode the market share of traditional retail line.Traditional retailers have been aware of the importance of data analysis,and with the popularity of information technology and network technology,big data thinking gradually popular.Big data because of the characteristics of economy,timeliness,combined with the retail business,will be gradually applied to customer management,business model,risk control and other fields,set off a new wave of productivity growth in the retail industry.Further understanding of the Internet based on the direction of development of the retail industry gradually clear the era of big data,big data to restore the idea of retail business development mode,pay attention to the big data innovation,improve enterprise management level.Faced with the opportunities and challenges brought by big data,many existing enterprise management theories,such as the theory of customer life cycle,must be changed according to the actual situation.The life cycle value customer driven by big data is the core of enterprise marketing,and different dynamic maintenance models and strategies should be applied according to different customer life cycle and types.Based on the classical theory of customer relationship management,customer analysis of retail innovation is studied,combined with the actual situation of retail enterprises,to further improve and expand the traditional customer analysis method,finally put forward a series of models for analysis.
