Study On Integrated Development Mode Of Station Area Construction Along Mudanjiang-Jiamusi High-speed Railway

The railway can play a considerable scale for improving the national transportation capacity,helping the local industry to market,enhancing the rationality of financial investment,speeding up the national economy and the individual's economic strength,and promoting the local tourism activities.In this paper,the Moudanjiang-Jiamusi high-speed railway in the "Pre-Feasibility Study of Mudanjiang to Jiamusi Passenger Dedicated Line Project",which was reviewed by the China Railway in2015,was taken as the object of study.The Mudanjiang City,Jixi,Qitaihe,Shuangyashan and Jiamusi City,the paper analyzes the overall development model of the Mugao high-speed railway and discusses the risk and risk avoidance of the project.The status data acquisition to zhuzhandian worked along the high speed railway based on,including Mudanjiang,Jixi,Qitaihe,Shuangyashan and Jiamusi city land planning information,location and demographic information,as well as the relevant literature,based on the relevant data collected were analyzed and compared,sorting and refining research;at the same time.Study of domestic and foreign typical high-speed railway station comprehensive development case and overall development concept,then according to the analysis of the high speed railway worked in a certain railway project specific,so as to realize the combination of theory and practice,to verify the practicability and rationality of model.Based on the comprehensive analysis of development environment station along the main city of macro and the real estate market and the development of the property market analysis and forecast,the site surrounding the development present situation,the Mudanjiang west station can carry out the comprehensive development of the property but the conclusion;the railway construction projects are usually large investment projects,and the project construction time long,high technical requirements,the difficulty is quite large,if not quite ready in advance and improve the management and control,it will bring huge losses.Worked for high-speed railway project,through the preparation of the implementation plan,started preparations for the strengthening of the construction control of the market analysis and research,establish an effective incentive mechanism and make the latter part of the project management in four aspects of the development of the project risk aversion.
