A Study On The Industrial Upgrading And Labor Force Matching In Henan

At present,China's market economic system has been gradually established,the adjustment of industrial structure is also in progress,industrial upgrading has become an inevitable trend.Previous studies have shown that industrial upgrading will have a certain impact on the employment of labor force.Henan province is a traditional agricultural province,the first industry occupies an important position in the national economy,and the number of labor employment in the first industry is relatively high,with the advance of industrial upgrading,change the industrial structure of Henan province and the labor force structure also changed,industrial upgrading and labor matching problem based on this,this paper will highlight the industrial upgrading and labor force of Henan Province,carried out relevant research.Firstly,this paper analysis the current status of Henan Province industrial upgrading and employment market,found that the Henan industrial transformation and upgrading has made significant progress,the industrial structure optimization effect is remarkable,but the Henan Province three times the adjustment of the industrial structure is not coordinated,compared with the whole country is lagging behind,the development of the third industry is not sufficient;the labor market,new urban employment growth is slow,the employment structure lags behind the industrial upgrading process.Secondly,through the application of the three industrial employment structure deviation,employment elasticity and comparative labor productivity,the three economic data model for quantitative analysis,verify the Henan province labour employment structure lags behind the adjustment of industrial structure.Then,this paper focuses on the impact of Henan Province industrial upgrading of migrant workers and college graduates in the two kinds of labor groups have found employment,industrial upgrading is gradually changing regional flow pattern of migrant workers and the employment of industrial distribution,and peasant workers have higher employment skills;industrial upgrading of colleges and universities graduates are both opportunities and challenges.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward specific policy recommendations from three aspects to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure and optimize the employment of labor force.We should continue the development of modern agriculture,vigorously create new industries,to achieve three times the adjustment of the industrial structure to promote the development of modern service industry better,but also should promote the reform of household registration system,change the two structure in urban and rural areas,construction of occupation education system,strengthen the occupation skill training,strengthen the construction of labor market,improve employment security system.
