The Research Of Supply Chain System For High-Level Financial Equipment Manufacturing Business

With the development of market economy and the deepening of economic opening,the market raise higher requirements for the update speed and performance indicators of financial products.To meet these requirements,finance manufacturers need to carry out technical revolution,shorten product delivery period and reduce costs to guarantee the inventory,so the supplier evaluation and selection is crucial.This paper mainly researches and designs a supply chain information system for high-end equipment manufacturing industry,on the basis of fully research and needs analysis for industries and enterprises,the functional modules of supply chain system are mainly divided into five function modules,procurement management,public use,order processing management,purchase requisition and supplier management.This division is convenient to build a purchase management information system with rapid reaction and market demand-oriented.When implementing supplier management function,intensive researches and applications are carried out for supplier evaluation with BP neural network algorithm,the concrete contents are as follows:Firstly,high-end financial equipment enterprise and product characteristics in financial equipment manufacture domain are researched,such as currency category,its suitability of supplier selections is analyzed,the analysis determines the supplier evaluation factors of high-end financial equipment manufacturing enterprises,on the basis of currency category purchasing supply chain,an appropriate supplier evaluation indicators for the company is selected.Secondly,according to the selected supplier evaluation indicators,a supplier evaluation module is established based on BP neural network,the validity of the proposed evaluation module is examined and an optimization suggestion is given for the supplier selected evaluation module based on BP neural network.Finally,SQL server is used as database to manage large amounts of data and Visual Studio 2008 is used as the development tool,realizing a management system based on client-server mode.After inputting the index at all levels,the corresponding output system interfaces are obtained and an perfect purchasing supply chain is established.This management system is safe and efficient,which can properly fulfill all aspects of the procurement process and assist enterprises in managing the procurement process.
