Feasibility analysis is based on the main content of the project and the supporting conditions,such as market demand,resources supply,construction scale,process route,equipment selection,environmental impacts,financing,profitability,etc.;on the study and the analysis and comparison of technology,economy and engineering study;on the prediction of financial,economic profit and social environmental impact;so as to decide whether it is worthwhile to put forward the project investment and how to carry out the construction consultation,provide the a comprehensive system analysis method for the decision of the project.From various aspects,this paper prove the feasibility of the construction of the 5 million tons of oil refinery JPZ project.This paper introduces the domestic and foreign oil storage situation and the available crude oil resources of JPZ countries at home and abroad,analyzes the refinery project research,including the determination of oil refinery scale,device settings,and so on,and at the same time confirms the main technique adopted in this refinery considering the reality of the project.Finally,this paper also analyzes the financial profit ability of the project and the sensitivity.From the results of the economic effect evaluation,the total internal rate of return is higher than the benchmark yield,various financial indexes meet requirements,and have larger social benefits at the same time.The construction of the project not only promote the development of the local economy,and will further promote the development of oil industry in JPZ countries.Above all,the the project is feasible.
