Construction project feasibility study is an improtant premies and the basic of construction possibility, the key work of it is economic rationality study. this paper introduces the basic idea origin, summarizes the common problem in China petrochemical feasibility study report, technology route is is introduced. In the making process of the feasibility of Fushun wax hydrotreating engineering project, this paper proposed the method of how slove those problem, which have the characteristics of effectiveness and scientificalness. The project feasibility study includes three parts: market analysis, technical analysis and technical and economic analysis, giving every part analysis process in detail and making clear of study focus. Financial analysis is the investor and department of examination and approval cared about most, this paper study the methods of data collection and content, estimate investment, making profitability analyzing, liquidity analysis, uncertainty analysis. At last, the results shows that this project is feasible.
