Goal Cost Management In Real Estate Construction

The rapid development of domestic real estate industry after a windfall,market supply and demand into balance.in order to adapt to the needs of the market choose commodity economy,to improve the development from the aspects of cost management enterprise survival ability.In this thesis through the elaboration of the current construction project cost management theory,combined with the management status quo at home and abroad deficiencies,determine the real estate project cost management way to deal with competition.through modern management theory WBS,SWOT,PACA and scientific business accounting methods homework cost method,explore the target cost management in the application of the real estate project.Through the research results show that,the target cost management can accurately guide the construction project implementation in time,from the perspective of cost management for the deviation in a timely manner to correct.At this stage the vagaries of the real estate market environment,the target cost management development project can reasonable use of social resources saving,is the foundation of the development of enterprise core competitiveness.
