| Nowadays,the researches of the continuous improvement are prefer to car management technical fields at home and abroad.Regarding the problems that occurred during the production management in S enterprise,the research which aimed to solve the operational inefficiency of the S enterprise projects was so less.This thesis made a systematic study in the organization pattern,plan,implement,monitoring and assessment for the continuous improvement project management in S enterprise.On the one hand,the study leads the key point to the combination of the continuous improve management and the assessment.On the other hand,it can deepen the continuous improve management theoretical system,it has a theoretical significance to continuous improve and extend the continuous improve management.During the continuous improve management,there encounter all kinds of problems,it calls a set of efficient continuous improve management theoretical system and the relative assessment system to support the project development efficiency.This thesis try to research the continuous improvement project management form the requirement of production management,S enterprise have it’s own specificity and inevitability,it aim to build a new continuous improve management and assessment theoretical system from even more scientific qualitative and quantitative methods based on the existing continuous improvement status in S enterprise.By using literature research method、field investigation method and empirical approach,this thesis provide one systematically continuous improvement project management methodology,including how to build assessment criteria,how to analyze under the assessment model and how to analyze the specific project by using this application model. |
