Mobile banking,is the use of mobile communications technology and various kinds of equipment to achieve financial services in real time for the form of service.With the development of mobile communications technology and the progress of mobile commerce,mobile banking business is gradually developing and growing up,especially for foreign mobile banking it is more mature due to more early start such as Japan,South Korea,the United States and Europe regions in which mobile banking has been incorporated into every aspect of people lives.And the mobile banking in China is in its early phase,although so far the domestic mobile banking can handle the business more and more after development of about ten years.Due to different start for mobile banking at home and abroad,currently at home and abroad risk control and risk management research for the mobile banking is not exactly the same,at home there is less research on risk management of mobile banking,and with continuous expanding the number of user and the scale of the transaction for mobile banking,to build scientific and reasonable system of risk management becomes more and more important.Therefore,after the study of the risk management of Postal Savings Bank of China mobile banking,analysis of risk management of domestic mobile banking has important practical significance.Firstly,the thesis introduces the definition,characteristics and domestic and foreign development of mobile banking,and then carries on the analysis to the Postal Savings Bank of China mobile banking facing the risk by way of the qualitative method,at the same time the thesis carries on analysis to risk of Postal Saving Bank of China mobile banking by way of the analytic hierarchy process,so as to put forward effective way to control risk faced by Postal Savings Bank of China,and then provide a reference to risk management of the mobile banking of the other banks in our country.
