Because private construction enterprises based on projects are void of effective incentive mechanisms,the projects managers wound not improve the project performance and the executive groups do not have positive attitude toward working and management affairs.All of those problems have hindered the development of private construction enterprises especially for small and medium.However,the incentive mechanisms have been the best choice for corporate governance,which can improve the working enthusiasm,operation system and performance.This study proposed the operation incentive systems to improve the operation model and retain talents in Huayu Construction and Engineering Co.Limited based on author's practical working and management experience.First,the theory foundation and frame including incentive and governance have been set on the base of literature review.Then,we chose the case study research method and we also explained the appropriateness of case study method for this study.After planning and designing how to carry out the case study research method,the study detailed,concluded and improved the procedures and management measures of the proposed operation incentive system.The study not only provides a new incentive system for traditional incentive mechanism,but also valuable for operation and management innovation and reform,talents attraction and retention,company performance and value improvement.
