Research On Coordination Management Of District Government Based On Foreign Trade Transformation

On the background of global economy integration,economy of our country has achieved fast development,and foreign trade industry has come to a critical stage of structure optimization and transformation,but the supervisor mode of government does not adjust immediately.In order to meet the needs of economic market,our country began to reform the functions of government,which means to establish a service-oriented government.A service-oriented government should limit its functions.Being from control-oriented to service-oriented is the most distinguished feature of a service-oriented government.And through coordinating all kinds of affairs between governments at all levels,between government and enterprise,the government does its job.District governments have unique status because of its connection with enterprises.They play an important role in coordination management.District governments build a bridge for enterprises and central government,they deliver polices to enterprises,and give feedback of marketing information to central government.In this thesis,general analysis and case analysis are combined to research on coordination management of government on the background of foreign trade transformation.Firstly,general analysis expounds the content of coordination management of government from two aspects—management and international business,and analyzes the current situation and problems of coordination management of foreign trade in our country secondly,and at last it introduces coordination management of foreign trade in other countries and regions domestic and overseas to get inspiration and reference.Case analysis takes the government of Tianjin Hexi District for example to probe into how to do coordination management of foreign trade for local government.First of all,it analyzes the character and problems of foreign trade industry in Hexi District,on the basic of that,it sorts the current situation of coordination management of Hexi District Government macroscopicly and microcosmicly,and comes into a discussion of polices in a specific way.Finally,policy suggestions have been provided after fully thoughts on the future of coordination management of foreign trade of government.This thesis is trying to find a practical way for district governments to do coordination management job properly and hoping to exert an influence on coordination management for district governments.
